I really like the point about having specific deadlines. Everyone one wants their stuff A.S.A.P. But when do they REALLY NEED it? Everything can&#039;t be a rush. Priorities must be established and specific deadlines help.

I think your &#039;one more thing&#039; idea should be to put away those reference materials you pulled out during the day. If you need them again, you can pull them out again. Until then you will have a less cluttered desk.</description>

		<description>What Electronic Task Management System do you recommend? I have switched from Outlook back to paper, because it was far too easy to put things off by simply changing the due date. Rewriting my list makes me more conscious of the fact that I am rescheduling the task and helps me evaluate my priorities.
