		<description>Good points Natalie.  You can actually change the subject line of an email already received to list the points you want to remember.  Just click your mouse at the end of the current subject line and begin typing!</description>

		<description>Good Tips.  I find emails with more than one topic frustrating because I often want to reply to the last tpic first beacue that is what is on my mind when I finish the message. Also when I&#039;m trying to find that email later it&#039;s hard to fit 2 topics on the subject line for quick scans.</description>
